Once an order is placed, it gets shipped within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you will be notified with the order tracking details on email. Deliveries within India is expected within 1 to 6 days and international orders may take upto 15 days.

We offer 7 days returns/exchange on products. The product should not be used and returned is the same condition as was received. Reverse pickup will be arranged for all return requests. Click here to read the compete return policy.

You can change your shipping address before an order is shipped by sending an email to [email protected]

We ship orders worldwide. All orders within India will be delivered in 1 to 6 days and outside India within 15 days. 

You can request order cancellations by sending an email to [email protected] as long as the order has not reached the "Ready to Ship" status. We will not be able to process a cancellation request beyound this status.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the return product at our end, once the refunds are processed you will be notified over email.
