CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To initiate the cancellation of any product purchased from www.swisstimehouse.com, customers can submit a cancellation request here.
  • Please note that cancellations or exchanges can only be accommodated before an order reaches the status of "Processing in progress". Once the order enters this phase, cancellation requests cannot be honored. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, www.swisstimehouse.com will promptly refund the purchase amount within 7 business days to the original payment account. However, in the case of an exchange, any price difference must be settled by the customer.
  • Kindly be informed that cancellations are not applicable for orders placed through financing options such as Bajaj Finance, Swiss Pay, and other card EMI facilities.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped, customers must adhere to the exchange and refund policy outlined on our website, with all corresponding terms and conditions applying.
  • For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, should a cancellation request be initiated, a deduction of 2% for payment gateway processing charges will be applied, with the remaining amount promptly refunded.
  • Regarding store pickup orders, cancellations can only be processed before the status changes to "Stock In-Transit" or "Ready for Store Pickup".
  • Furthermore, for orders that are not accepted upon shipping, refunds will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges once the product is returned.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Easy 7 day exchange policy.

  1. Customers are required to initiate an exchange or refund request for products purchased on www.swisstimehouse.com within 7 days* of receiving the item.

  2. To commence the exchange or refund process for your order, kindly submit a request here. Upon approval of your request, the product must be securely packed in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and all accessories provided with the order.

  3. It is imperative that the product remains completely unused and is packaged in tamper-proof packaging, maintaining its original condition to prevent transit damage.

  4. The returned product must retain its original state*, inclusive of the invoice, warranty card, and all original packaging materials such as manuals and hang tags. Any deviation from these conditions may result in the refusal of the return by www.swisstimehouse.com.
    *Original condition denotes the product's authentic state upon receipt from www.swisstimehouse.com, free from scratches, marks, or alterations. The security tags if any must remain intact as at the time of delivery. Any adjustments made to the bracelet or strap of the watch render it ineligible for exchange or refund.

  5. Upon receipt of the returned product, www.swisstimehouse.com will conduct an inspection to ensure there has been no alteration to the internal watch components. The exchange or refund process will commence upon confirmation of the watch's quality by our service center.

  6. Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 2 business days* from the date of inspection and approval by our quality control team at the service center. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment account used for the purchase at www.swisstimehouse.com. For refund requests where the products are not defective, the refunds would be processed after deducting the two-way courier charges.

  7. Products failing to meet our quality standards will not qualify for exchange or refund and will be returned to the customer in their original condition. In such cases, courier charges will be borne by the customer.

  8. For products purchased during sales or special promotions, return pickup courier charges are the responsibility of the buyer for store credit requests. 

  9. Any defects with the products received have to be reported immediately, within 24hours of receipt of the order. We ensure all the products are shipped error free. In case of any defects with the products received, the same will be replaced upon intimation within 24hours of receipt of the product.
  10. In the event of a dispute, www.swisstimehouse.com will only refund the total payment received for the specific purchase upon the return of the product in its original condition*. Compensation in other forms will not be provided.

  11. Exchange/refunds are not applicable to specific categories such as Laptops, Mobile Accessories, Clocks, Timepieces, Premium and Luxury Swiss Watch Brands, and Smartwatches as these goods cannot be resold once the seal has been broken or the warranty documents are filled or registered with the brand. These goods will be governed by the warranty policy of the respective Manufacturer.

  12. Returns or cancellations are not accepted for international orders or orders processed through finance or EMI.
