CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ONLINE PURCHASES
1. To initiate cancellation of any product purchased from www.swisstimehouse.com, the customer can submit a request for order cancellation here or send an email to [email protected] giving details of the orders (Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference).
2. An order can only be cancelled or exchanged before it is in the order status "Ready to Ship". You will not be able to cancel an order once the order status has been changed to "Ready to Ship". In case of a cancellation request, upon receiving the request, www.swisstimehouse.com will refund the entire amount of the purchase within 7 business days to the same account from which the payment was originally received. In case of an exchange, any extra difference in the price of the product to be paid by the customer.
3. If a cancellation request is initiated after the product has been shipped by www.swisstimehouse.com, then the customer will have to follow the process as mentioned under the exchange and refund policy, where all the terms and conditions specified therein will be applicable.
4. In case of Store Pickup, orders can be cancelled only before they are changed into the status "Stock In-Transit" or "Ready for Store Pickup"
5. For orders that are not accepted after shipping, refunds would be processed after deducting the two way shipping charges after the product gets returned.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
1. An exchange or refund for a product purchased on www.swisstimehouse.com must be initiated by the customer within 7 days* of receiving the product.
2. To initiate an exchange or refund for your order, submit a request here.
Once we are informed of the intended exchange or refund, the product must be safely packed in the original packaging as was received by the customer along with the Invoice and complete accessories received with the order.
3. The customer must ensure that the product is not used and the return package is placed inside a tamper proof packaging as was originally received to prevent any damages during transit.
4. The returned product must be in its original condition*. It must be accompanied by original Invoice and the warranty card, along with the original packaging of the product including manuals, hang tags, etc. In the absence of any one of these elements, the return will not be honored by www.swisstimehouse.com.
*Original condition means that the watch must be in its authentic form as was received by the customer from www.swisstimehouse.com, without any scratches, marks or dents on the product. The security tags should be in place as they were at the time of delivery of the product. If the watch has been used or re- sized, that is, if the bracelet or strap of the watch has been adjusted or altered in any manner to fit the customer's wrist, then www.swisstimehouse.com will not be liable to honor any exchange or refund for the product.
5. Once the product is returned to www.swisstimehouse.com, we will inspect the watch for any 'change of movement' with regard to the internal watch parts. This is to check whether the watch casing has been removed and/or the internal mechanical parts have been tampered with. The exchange or refund for the product will be initiated by www.swisstimehouse.com upon receiving a confirmation from the service center regarding the quality of the watch received.
6. Any amount to be refunded will take minimum 2 business days* to be processed from the date that the returned product is inspected and passed by the quality control team at the service center. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was originally received by www.swisstimehouse.com. For refund requests where the products are not defective, the refunds would be processed after deducting the courier charges.
7. Any returned product that does not adhere to the quality guidelines administered by www.swisstimehouse.com service center will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and will be sent back to the customer in the same condition as it was received by www.swisstimehouse.com. In this case, the courier charges needs to be borne by the customer.
8. For products purchased during sales and/or special promotions, the courier charges for return pickup has to be borne by the buyer in case of any exchange requests. Customer is eligible to make only an exchange request with respect to products purchased on sale or other special promotions.
9. Any defects with the products received have to be reported immediately, within 24hours of receipt of the order. We ensure all the products are shipped error free. In case of any defects with the products received, the same will be replaced upon intimation within 24hours of receipt of the product.
10. In case of any dispute, www.swisstimehouse.com will only be liable to refund the entire payment received from the customer for the specific purchase, upon receiving the returned product in the original condition*, and not be liable for compensation in any other form.
11. Exchange / Refunds are not applicable on Mobile Phones, Laptops, Televisions, Mobile accessories , Clocks, Timepieces, Watches from the Watch station International Factory Outlet store, Premium and luxury Swiss Watch Brands and smartwatches as these goods cannot be resold once the seal has been broken or the warranty documents are filled or registered with the brand. These goods will be governed by the warranty policy of the respective Manufacturer.
12. Returns or cancellations are not applicable on international orders (for orders outisde India) and on orders where payment was made through finance or emi.

14. If you receive an order that appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the package. We kindly request that you reject the delivery under such circumstances. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for accepting damaged or lost products in such instances.
15. We reserve the right to deny return requests from a customer account if we detect a pattern of repeated or multiple return requests for the same or different products. A pattern of repeated or multiple return requests may be determined by factors including but not limited to, the frequency of return requests, the reason for return, or suspicious activity associated with the customer account.
